The Role

Reporting to our Director of Recruitment Services, this role is a chance to step into a warm desk with high job flow, loyal clients, and national panel access. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across your specialist area in corporate services, building deep relationships and delivering high-impact recruitment solutions. This is a true account manager role, ideal for a specialist recruiter who wants to be valued, not just a number.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow client relationships, be their go-to recruitment expert
• Run end-to-end recruitment campaigns that deliver real results
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
• Partner with our internal team to craft tailored, high-impact solutions
• Contribute to strategic account management and talent pooling
• Play a key role in our national expansion while staying connected to SA clients
