ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Corporate Travel
Business Development Manager (BDM)
who will work closely with the Corporate Travel Operations Manager to source and secure new Corporate Travel clients, whilst maintaining our valued corporate partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- identifying new business opportunities
- building and maintaining client relationships
- developing strategic plans to drive company growth
- conducting market research
- creating sales strategies
- preparing and presenting proposals
The BDM works with Corporate Travel Account Managers and the Marketing Coordinator to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
This exciting opportunity is full-time. While there is a requirement to work outside of normal office hours, the role does afford flexibility.

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their sales acumen in previous roles and their expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Essential experience
- Previous Corporate Travel BDM experience (ideal)
- Minimum 2 years of consulting and/or sales experience in a corporate travel environment
- Proven sales record
- Travel and Tourism, Marketing or Business qualification (ideal)
Essential skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and initiative
- Excellent customer service ethic
- Confident and highly motivated
- Familiarity with Corporate Travel software
