About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Customer Service Officer to join our team and support our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication between our systems and those of our retail partners, some of which include Rebel (Aust & NZ), Kmart, Big W, Target, Coles, and Amazon.

You'll manage EDI transactions, support order fulfilment through our ERP and Warehouse Management Systems and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EDI-related customer queries and troubleshoot transactional issues

• Process orders through ERP and WMS platforms, including labelling, ASN creation, invoicing, and booking pickups

• Collaborate with IT, logistics, finance, and sales to resolve EDI errors and maintain data flow

• Maintain accurate documentation of EDI processes and resolutions

• Support onboarding of new trading partners and assist with EDI setup and testing

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific EDI requirements

• Provide updates to customers regarding order status and issue resolution

• Coordinate product pack requirements and fulfilment reporting

• Liaise with our New Zealand 3PL for stock transfers and order fulfilment

• Process claims and return requests

• Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support across the Customer Service and eCommerce teams

What You'll Bring

You'll have a strong understanding of EDI and ERP systems, with the ability to manage electronic transactions confidently. Your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will help you navigate complex processes and deliver accurate outcomes. You'll be a clear communicator, comfortable working across departments and with external partners.

Experience in customer service or technical support, knowledge of supply chain operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are essential. Familiarity with AX or similar systems is a plus. A proactive attitude, strong values, and a passion for sport—especially Aussie Rules or basketball—will help you thrive in our team.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid working environment (office and home) after completion fo training period.

• Open-plan cubicle office setting.

• Occasional tasks in the Distribution Centre environment.
