We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their modern Keysborough HQ. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for showroom enquiries, freight coordination, and internal sales operations, while working closely with the General Manager and Operations team.

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (flexible)

What do you do?

  • Manage internal sales leads from enquiry through to delivery
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (Odu)
  • Coordinate freight and logistics
  • Support online sales and internal systems (training provided)
  • Provide general administrative support, including reporting on sales, revenue, and pipeline
  • Work within a supportive, close-knit team environment
  • Apply versatility in sales strategy to support business growth

What do you need?

  • Customer Service or Sales experience in a similar industry (highly preferable)
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite an Odu (not essential)
  • Positive and down-to-earth nature
  • Comfortable handling customer service and general sales tasks
  • Work well in a small, supportive team environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask
