Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee meal planning and preparation, ensuring a variety of nutritious and appetising options.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to cater to dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure you understand and maintain the ACQSC standards for dining experience.
