We're on the hunt for a Chef

Love good food, great beer and working with a fun, down-to-earth crew? We're a brewery based in Frankston, and we're looking for a part-time chef to join our kitchen team

Whether you're looking to grow your skills in a middle management position or just want to pick up some extra hours, this role offers flexible hours and room to make your mark in the kitchen. We've got a 25-35 hours a week, with more hours available during the peak period — plus, for the right candidate there's the chance to step into the Head Chef role in the near future.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting our awesome Executive Chef to keep our shared-style menu cranking
  • Bringing ideas to the table for seasonal dishes and functions
  • Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and safely

What we're looking for:

  • A trade qualification or solid kitchen experience
  • A good understanding of food safety + hygiene practices
  • Someone who can plate up consistently tasty food
  • An eye for detail and a love for quality
  • A team player who can also hold their own when flying solo
  • Good communicator who's keen to get stuck in

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.18 – $41.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
