About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Aushomes Pty Ltd in Underwood, QLD. This part-time role is essential in supporting the smooth running of our office operations and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and customer inquiries
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and electronic
- Maintaining and updating office records and databases
- Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the team
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
