Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, who enjoys engaging with clients, managing leads, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to close.

Job Details

Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation Coordinator

Location: New South Wales (NSW)

Reports To: Sales Diector

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling prospective clients and generating new leads

  • Promptly calling clients who submit enquiries (within 24 hours) to confirm receipt and next steps

  • Coordinating the sending of samples as requested

  • Following up on outstanding quotes and tracking responses

  • Actively using our lead management system and tender platforms to find new opportunities

  • Calling potential leads and scheduling meetings for our BDM or obtaining RFQs

  • Supporting the team with sales admin tasks and assisting in closing deals

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service (preferred)

  • Strong phone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Well-organised with good time management and follow-up skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking platforms (advantageous)

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
