About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Projects Administrator to join our growing team at Ochre Health Group in our Woolloomooloo, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure and participatingin key IT projects to support the broader business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems across the organisation
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting to internal staff, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
- Collaborate with the broder team on planning and implementation of IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology deployments
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and best practice
- Monitor and optimise IT systems and networks to maximise performance and efficiency
- Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to coordinate IT-related activities
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of IT systems and applications
- Travel regularly to clinic sites across NSW, QLD, TAS, and other states as required.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in an IT Systems Administrator or similar role, ideally within a healthcare or professional services environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows-based server and desktop environments
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols and technologies
- Experience in leading and delivering IT projects, with excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT systems administration experience
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
- Experience with Practice Management Systems is preferred but not essential
- Australian citizenship required for this position
