**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding and Offboarding - Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
- HR Administration - Administer HR documents including contracts, letters, filing and ensure employee records are updated on HRIS.
- Support and assist with all HR related enquiries from employees.
- Coordinate office events and activities, including staff training, team-building, and end of year celebration.
- Provide general office administrative support, including ordering office supplies, event bookings.
- Contribute to various HR and Office projects and initiatives as required.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably within Retail sector.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Passionate in HR and ability to follow procedures.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with staff, managers and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
