The Role

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering enquiries, processing applications, and delivering exceptional service. No two days are the same, and you'll be backed by a team that's professional, positive, and passionate about what we do.

Nice to Have

Call centre experience, insurance knowledge, or time in an APRA-regulated environment.
