About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and grow our customer service team. You'll be the energy in the room — someone who brings discipline, structure, and positivity to drive performance and foster a strong team culture.

As a key part of our Growth Department, you'll be supporting daily team operations, developing team members, and ensuring service standards are not only met — but exceeded.

This is not just a desk job — it's a leadership role that requires presence, professionalism, and passion for customer service.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Reports to: General Manager - Construction

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Driving accountability and service excellence in everything your team does
  • Managing performance and conducting regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and team check-ins
  • Resolving escalated issues and promoting a customer-obsessed mindset
  • Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver seamless service
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
  • Living and breathing Founder's values

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years' experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
  • Someone with energy, discipline, and presence — you lead by example
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and engage a team
  • A strong communicator who can manage pressure without losing clarity or professionalism
  • A systems-savvy problem solver who gets things done without cutting corners
  • Experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics or B2B service industries is an advantage
