Hurricane's Grill and Bar Cronulla is our newly open restaurant, elevated and fresh, we are looking for a switched on and dynamic Head Chef to lead and inspire our well established team of chefs and cooks.

Required skills & attributes:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Highly motivated to produce exceptional, new and exciting dishes, whilst over seeing and continuous training of our existing talented team - leading by example
  • Proven excellent communication skills, with the attitude, enthusiasm and passion to lead the team to further success
  • Strong leadership with a calm, organised, hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to maintain consistency and high standards during peak periods
  • Well presented with a friendly disposition to showcase our open view kitchen
  • Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
