The Company

Core Realty is a real estate agency that specialises in residential sales, off the plan projects, leasing & property management. Based in the centre of Melbourne CBD, our team has gained specialist knowledge and in-depth insights to the Melbourne inner city property market, discerning to the city's iconic and prestigious residential properties.

The Position

Due to growth, we are currently seeking highly motivated, results driven Leasing Consultant to join our successful team.

The role includes:

  • Liaising with prospective tenant (face to face, phone, internet and email)
  • Conduct open for inspections
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Arranging advertising for rental properties
  • Providing valuable feedback to our clients while closely collaborating with the Property Management Team
  • Assist with Business Development
  • Provide support to Property Management Team

About You

  • Previous experience in Real Estate - Leasing is an advantage
  • A positive professional, who enjoys working in a team
  • Well presented and corporately groomed
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
  • An outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
  • Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords.
  • An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate and drivers license.
  • Experienced in PropertyMe but not essential
  • Able to work on Saturday
  • Ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5.30PM and as required on Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
