About the Role

Join our prestigious and well established real estate agency in Hawthorn as a Casual Leasing Consultant. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a leading agency environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

You will be the face of our leasing team on Saturdays, conducting open for inspections and assisting with leasing enquiries. You'll represent a premium brand and work with a supportive, high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct open for inspections and private viewings on Saturdays.

· Greet and guide prospective Renters through rental properties.

· Share property features and lease terms confidently and professionally.

· Report inspection results and feedback to the leasing team or Rental Providers.

· Assist with light follow up and communication tasks post inspection.

· Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

· Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (required to conduct leasing duties).

· Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· A proactive, reliable, and customer focused attitude.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential.
