
Maintenance Scheduling Officer

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduling Officer to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance activities across facilities. Reporting to Regional Team Leader, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and SDPs to ensure timely execution of scheduled works
- Coordinate and schedule SDP works across multiple assets
- Prioritise works based on Work Order category
- Maintain scheduling system and documentation, generating reports to support performance tracking
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimise delivery outcomes
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management or asset management environments
- Proficiency in scheduling, work order, and asset management systems, complemented by strong Microsoft Office skills
- Sound understanding of the WA Work Health and Safety Act, relevant Codes of Practice, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage scheduling priorities and resolve conflicts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and uphold professional standards in a dynamic operational setting.
