AngliSchools is a growing system of low-fee Anglican schools providing high-quality, inclusive education across Western Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Officer to join our team at AngliSchools House in Perth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working day-to-day with the Business Manager, this position is responsible for the upkeep, safety, and presentation of AngliSchools House, which includes the Head Office, St George's Anglican Grammar School, and AngliSchools International School.

The successful candidate will:

  • Carry out daily maintenance and general repair tasks.
  • Coordinate contractors and scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain safety and compliance registers (fire, lifts, electrical, etc.).
  • Support building systems such as HVAC, access controls, and security monitoring.
  • Assist with setups for meetings, events, and classroom activities.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, well-presented, and functional environment for staff and students.
About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in facilities, building, or site maintenance.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS and compliance practices.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A trade background or relevant qualifications (highly regarded).

A current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and Driver's Licence are required (or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement).
