What We're Looking For:

  • Trade background (Mechanical Fitting / Fabrication)

  • Proven experience in supervision, workforce coordination, or scheduling within an industrial or maintenance environment.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of supervision or scheduling experience in industrial or maintenance environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and allocate resources effectively and efficiently
  • High-level problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards
  • Australian citizens and permanent residents only

Preferred (But Not Essential):
  • Previous experience with maintenance planning software (Simpro) or scheduling tools
  • Working at Heights / Confined Space certifications

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule workforce across various fixed plant projects around Perth and surrounding areas.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Liaise with clients to confirm requirements and timeframes
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide leadership to the team
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports for management review
  • Foster a positive and safe workplace culture
