Join Auspire Immigration Services, an award-winning Australian migration agency helping businesses sponsor overseas workers and skilled professionals achieve their Australian dream.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive VA who lives and breathes LinkedIn — someone who can help us build relationships with employers and HR decision-makers through engaging content and smart outreach.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create professional, eye-catching LinkedIn posts and articles for both:
  • Our company page (Auspire Immigration)
  • Our Director's personal profile (Manuela Seiberth)
  • Write compelling captions that educate and inspire employers about sponsorship and migration.
  • Identify and engage with potential leads — HR managers, business owners, and recruiters.
  • Send thoughtful comments, reactions, and connection messages to nurture relationships.
  • Track engagement and suggest strategies to increase visibility and conversions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Content Creation, including writing and editing posts.
  • Experience in Engagement Strategies, including audience interaction and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and tools for analysing content performance.
  • Skills in Research and Content Strategy to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Understands tone: professional, warm, credible, and human.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Tech & trend savvy and innovative: you think outside the box.
  • Sales Navigator pro.
  • Familiarity with immigration services or similar industries is a plus

HOURS

Part-time (approx. 10–20 hours/week)

Flexible schedule, long-term opportunity with growth potential.
