Based in Gippsland & Melbourne's South East

Southern Ridge Electrical is a well-established electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial construction projects. We're seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our projects and clients.

About the role

  • Manage multiple commercial electrical projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate teams, construction programs, schedules, and site deliverables
  • Client and stakeholder management and long term relationship building
  • Contract administration including subcontract and head contract management.
  • Material and equipment procurement, supply chain management and approval workflows.
  • Supply Authority management for power connections and alterations.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and project reporting
  • Drive process improvement, risk management, and resource utilisation
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve project targets

What you'll bring

  • Strong project management background or Electrical trade qualification with extensive commercial project experience.
  • Experience in supervising/managing construction or electrical projects
  • Strong organisational, leadership and client management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to quality, safety and WHS standards

Don't have formal project management experience but a strong electrical background and leadership drive? We'll support the right candidate with mentoring and training.
