Project Support Officer

Are you a skilled Project Support Officer looking to join a high-performing team in a secure government environment? This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of a key Defence program using modern tools and collaborative processes. You'll manage project documentation, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support project and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Location: Canberra, ACT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and procedure manuals
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communications
  • Manage DevOps hygiene, schedules, and sprint/release tracking
  • Provide helpdesk support and facilitate UAT and community engagements

Key Criteria:

  • Experience supporting complex ICT programs or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with DevOps, stakeholder liaison, and Agile delivery methods
  • Ability to prioritise work across competing priorities and support documentation needs
