FinXL is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. If you excel at connecting people, documenting processes, and keeping projects on track, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage procedure manuals, business requirements, and process documentation, including identifying suitable document repositories.
  • Manage project administration (e.g., minute taking, record keeping) and maintain schedules, sprints, and release plans in DevOps by participating in scrum meetings.
  • Act as a central conduit between system users/stakeholders, project leads, developers, and business analysts, specifically by interpreting and logging change requests into the project backlog.
  • Support the project helpdesk by diagnosing technical issues, managing system access requests, and answering stakeholder enquiries.
  • Organize and facilitate key stakeholder engagements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Community of Practice sessions.
  • Prioritize work effectively in a busy environment, utilizing an understanding of interdependencies and organizational strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of outcomes and actively seek ways to improve existing processes.
