How you'll make a difference
Are you a dynamic and agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment, people-focused environment? We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in a pivotal role that blends strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and high-level administrative support.
Our ideal candidate
As the trusted right hand to the CEO, you'll manage correspondence, meetings, and projects that directly impact organisational outcomes. You'll liaise confidently with senior leaders, elected officials, and external partners, while providing informal leadership to the Executive Assistants supporting our Directors.
We're looking for someone who:
- Moves quickly between tasks and adapts with ease.
- Delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Is confident, proactive, and politically aware.
- Brings energy, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.

- Flexible working arrangements with this part-time position able to spread the hours across either four or five days of the week to support the candidate, and the ability to work up to 50% work from home with a level of flexibility to accommodate the position objectives.
