We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Board and Executive Manager, Corporate Services. As the EA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by establishing strong systems, processes, and procedures to support the management of administration.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for researching, preparing, and ensuring responses to telephone calls and correspondence are responded to within specified timeframes, proactively managing the CEO's diary, and exercising a high degree of communication competence, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Provide a high level of quality and timely administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
- Co-ordinate meetings, meeting administration, preparation of agendas/papers and assistance with scheduling of meetings, attendance at meetings, minute taking where appropriate for the CEO and the Executive Manager, Corporate Services and following up on matters and actions arising.
- Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and external stakeholders; compose and prepare correspondence.
- Manage the CEO’s electronic diary, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Produce quality documents and manage the CEO’s record keeping of received and distributed correspondence in SharePoint.
- Providing support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other staff when required as directed by the CEO or Executive Manager, Corporate Services.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A flexible, proactive approach to work and the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience in Mac is also highly desirable.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
