We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver remedial building projects across residential, commercial, and strata sectors. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality outcomes on time and within budget.
What you'll do:
- Manage remedial projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare remedial scopes, tender documentation, and project schedules.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Manage defect rectification in line with contractual obligations.
- Prepare reports, variation assessments, and progress claims.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior staff
What you'll bring:
- Proven project management experience in remedial or construction.
- Strong knowledge of defect rectification and building compliance.
