We're looking for an experienced Senior Building Consultant
/
Building Consultant
to join our growing team. You'll work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and strata sectors, helping identify defects, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality remedial solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct inspections to identify defects, compliance issues & maintenance needs.
  • Investigate causes and recommend practical remedial solutions.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports – including expert witness documents.
  • Develop remedial scopes of work.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor junior consultants.

What you'll bring:

  • 5–10 years in building/construction, with defect & compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards.
  • Expertise in defect analysis and water intrusion investigations.
  • Experience in remedial consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
