The Opportunity
This role is an opportunity to play a vital part in driving financial success across our project portfolio. Working closely with project leaders and corporate teams, you'll provide financial support and advice throughout the project lifecycle. From ensuring governance and financial processes are followed, to managing invoicing, reporting, and forecasting, you'll help deliver outstanding results.
You'll focus on improving working capital, analysing project performance, and providing insights to support key decisions. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you'll work across teams and build trusted relationships with clients and partners, all while contributing to the growth of Beca's industry profile. About You
You bring a strong foundation in project and contract management, backed by either a relevant tertiary qualification or extensive industry experience. Your expertise is enhanced by familiarity with Oracle Project Management and ideally holding CPA or Chartered status, reflecting your commitment to professional excellence. You communicate clearly and confidently, supported by strong numeracy skills, and consistently meet deadlines through effective time management. You model Beca's values in your professional conduct and proactively pursue personal development to stay current and grow your capabilities.
To be successful in this role ideally you will have:
- Proven project and contract management experience with relevant qualifications or industry background
- Familiarity with Oracle Project Management and professional certification (CPA or Chartered)
- Strong communication and numeracy skills for stakeholder engagement and insight delivery
- Excellent time management in dynamic environments
- Commitment to Beca's values, continuous development, and workplace safety standards
