Who we are

The Social Boutique is a boutique eCommerce growth agency that partners with brands to scale profitably through strategy, media, and creative.

As we're a boutique agency, you will work directly with the founder and other team members, gaining exposure across client strategy and agency growth. Unlike larger agencies, this role offers the rare chance to influence how the business evolves while helping eCommerce brands scale.

The Role

As Senior Digital Strategist, you will be the trusted partner for our eCommerce clients. You will lead digital strategy, manage client relationships, and ensure campaigns deliver profitable growth.

This is a hands-on role where you will be across the numbers (CAC, AOV, LTV, margins) as much as you are across the creative. You will understand how paid media and creative work together, and you will be able to guide clients on full-funnel growth even if you are not the one implementing every detail.

It is also a growth role for the right person. We are looking for someone ambitious who can step in, support the founder, and grow into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Paid Ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok with a profit-first approach. Mandatory: Strong experience
  • Lead client eCommerce growth strategy by connecting ads, profitability metrics, and retention.
  • Analyse CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and margins to inform decisions.
  • Support clients with campaign calendars, funnels, and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate on ad creative ideas, scripts, and testing.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships with confidence and care.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal frameworks.

What you'll be bringing

  • Three or more years of experience with eCommerce brands, either agency or in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta and Google Ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn is a bonus.
  • A good understanding of eCommerce profitability levers including CAC, AOV, LTV, and conversion rates, and how they connect.
  • Confidence interpreting Shopify and GA data and translating it into growth actions.
  • Proven ability to lead digital and creative strategy for clients.
  • A proactive, autonomous mindset with ambition to grow into leadership.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking paired with creative energy.
  • Excellent time management and strong communication skills.
