Your Impact

You'll work directly with our founder as their
right-hand strategist
, driving performance and creative strategy across
key client accounts
. Your work determines whether campaigns
scale profitably or stall
— and you'll own that responsibility end-to-end.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead performance strategy
    : Build, optimise, and scale Meta campaigns to hit aggressive ROI and CPL targets.
  • Creative leadership
    : Write video scripts, hooks, carousel headlines, and landing page copy that convert.
  • Full-funnel ownership
    : Map customer journeys and engineer campaigns from first impression → conversion → retention.
  • Data-driven decisions
    : Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA daily; act fast when performance shifts.
  • Optimise relentlessly
    : Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement changes to improve conversion rates.
  • Client-facing leadership
    : Run bi-weekly strategy calls, present insights with authority, and guide clients through growth challenges.
  • Cross-team collaboration
    : Work with designers, editors, and VAs to ship creative quickly while maintaining quality.
