The Data and AI division is responsible for driving the Enterprise Data Strategy to support Macquarie's vision to use data as an asset for strategic and operational advantage. The division also supports groups to better govern, trust, discover, use and share their data, and partners with divisions and groups to deliver digital solutions whilst also unlocking strategic opportunities in AI, and future skilling employees with capabilities in data, innovation, human centered design and eliminating failure demand

What role will you play?
In this varied role you will provide general administrative support across the wider team and support our Division Directors. Your key responsibilities will include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting and event coordination as well as expense and purchase order reconciliations.
