We are looking for a professional Team Administrator with an eye for detail to work and support the People, Safety, Environment & Quality (PSEQ) team across the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
This role requires a well-planned individual with a passion for setting up and administering processes. This role would suit someone who loves things to be done efficiently, consistently and to a high-quality standard.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Reporting to the General Manager of People, Safety, Environment and Quality you will be responsible for:
- Evoro's Integrated Management System as part of maintaining the company's ISO certifications. Monitor when document reviews are required, support document creation/review, ensure finalisation/publication and communication to the business occurs.
- Maintaining the SharePoint and associated systems to ensure accurate and up to date information is available to the business
- Administering key technology solutions that support the PSEQ function, inclusive of user management, governance processes and advise on system modifications/changes. This includes working with key vendor partners as required. This includes governance checks/escalations for some software
- Supporting key PSEQ meetings including setting up, agendas/minutes, action management etc
- Preparing of regular reports for the business, inclusive of collecting/checking data, preparing reports, delivering reports. This includes updating dashboards with key metrics and performance data
- Maintaining and monitoring key registers that support the function such as the Corporate Risk Register, Document Register, Contractor Register, Licence/Insurance Register etc
- Supporting and maintaining key customer pre-qualification systems as requested for the business, inclusive of maintaining/monitoring registers
- Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, including systems access, documentation, and communication
- Supporting the PSEQ team in with administration duties to support the execution of key tasks within their areas, for example audit preparation, presentations materials etc
Qualifications and Education
No formal qualifications are required; however the successful candidate will need to be an experienced office administrator, who has used technology to support processes.
A Certificate in Administration or similar would be desirable, along with experience using SharePoint and experience supporting Safety, Environment, Quality or HR teams before.
