About The Role
This full-time, 15-month contract role is an integral part of the Surety Division, supporting a small, experienced team of managers and administrators. You'll play a hands-on role in processing bond applications, liaising with clients and brokers, and managing general administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact area of the business and gain exposure to a niche area of insurance.

*DUTIES*

  • Communicate with key stakeholders including clients and brokers
  • Process incoming bond applications
  • Resolve client issues related to bond applications
  • Prepare and send tax invoices for bond transactions
  • Manage cancellation processes for surety and bank-fronted bonds
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the Surety team

*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Experience in a financial institution is desirable
