The RoleWe are looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) / CRM Specialist to join our team. This role combines CRM expertise, systems integration, and go-to-market operations. While most people know this role as RevOps or CRM Specialist, we think of it as a GTM Engineer: someone who builds the tools, processes, and data foundations that help Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product work smarter and scale faster.
This is a hands-on role where you will own our HubSpot CRM, manage data quality and workflows, and ensure our tools are integrated and reliable. You will also be responsible for reporting and insights that help leadership make better decisions.
What You'll DoSystems and Integrations
Design, implement and maintain integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Intercom, Vitally, Posthog and Zapier
Set up workflows and data syncs to keep customer data accurate and up to date
Document integrations and workflows so they are easy to understand and maintain
CRM and Data Operations
Own the setup, optimisation and governance of HubSpot across the full customer lifecycle
Maintain data hygiene and run processes to validate and enrich data
Align lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Manage attribution, tracking and reporting processes so teams can see the impact of their work
Reporting and Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the entire funnel including conversion rates, pipeline health and churn risk
Provide monthly reporting and insights to leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
Use SQL or BI tools for deeper analysis when required
Enablement and Support
Train and support team members in HubSpot and connected tools
Document best practices and maintain clear operating procedures
Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve CRM performance
Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops role, ideally in B2B SaaS
Strong proficiency in CRM architecture including workflows, reports and custom properties
Experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs or middleware
Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Segment, Salesforce, Zapier, Workato or Marketo
SQL knowledge and experience with BI or analytics tools is a plus
Business Skills
Strong understanding of go-to-market processes across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Experience with lifecycle management, attribution and revenue reporting
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
Personal Skills
Clear communicator who can work with both technical and commercial teams
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
Collaborative and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
High-impact role at the centre of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
End-to-end ownership of GTM systems, processes, and data.
Autonomy to innovate and build scalable, automated workflows.
Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.
