What You'll Do:
- Lead with impact – Inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Champion customer experience – Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and supported.
- Develop future leaders – Coach and mentor your team, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
- Drive operational excellence – Manage stock levels and merchandising to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
- Create a safe and vibrant store – Maintain a visually appealing and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate for success – Work closely with other leaders and departments to achieve store-wide goals.
- Proven experience in retail leadership with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in others.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
