The role

Join a vibrant, supportive team as the first point of contact for our salon customers. You'll answer enquiries, process orders and payments, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while partnering closely with our marketing, education, finance, operations and sales teams. During onboarding you'll be on site at our modern Truganina office; after that, you'll enjoy a hybrid work pattern.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email with friendly, solutions focused support.
  • Accurately process orders, payments and credits; liaise with freight partners on deliveries.
  • Maintain customer records and pricing in our systems with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with marketing, education, finance, operations and sales to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support field sales representatives with account information and order follow up.
  • Proactively identify and escalate trends, process gaps or improvement opportunities.

Must haves

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong data entry skills and administrative accuracy.
  • Solid time management and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to haves

  • Phone based customer service or call centre experience.
  • SAP or similar ERP experience.
