Fulfilment Support + Picture Framer (Casual, Adhoc Shifts)

About the Role

You'll support our production and fulfilment team with a mix of picture framing tasks and general warehouse duties (e.g., order preparation, stock handling, dispatch).

No prior experience in picture framing is required—we'll train you. We're looking for someone quick to learn, detail-oriented, and loves to work with their hands.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Picture Framer + Fulfilment Support team member to join us during busy peak periods at our workshop in Bayswater North. This is a casual, on-call role, with shifts that may be offered at short notice—whilst often we schedule ahead, sometimes it may be as late as 7am on the day, so flexibility and responsiveness are essential.

Our workshop operates 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday, and the occasional Saturday if required.

Hours will start in the next few weeks, ramping up towards mid-October, and continue through Christmas and into the new year.

This role is not a permanent position and would suit someone looking  for a flexible schedule whilst working in a creative, rewarding environment. Ideally suited to school hours, a university student, freelancer, or part-time worker.

You may have a photography or arts background, worked at Bunnings or floristry, all of which are great experiences.

Requirements

  • Availability for short-notice, ad hoc shifts, often during peak seasonal periods
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in framing, production, or warehouse work is a bonus—but not essential
  • Driver's license and access to a care as there is limited nearby public transport
  • Valid work Visa
