We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our picture framing team at our Carrum Downs workshop.

About Us

Established for over 30 years

We produce picture frames for our retail gallery locations and our framing workshop is closed to the general public.

Position Details:

  • Full-time Permanent Role
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm / Friday 8am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

To be able and willing to cover all pre-production and post-production duties on framing jobs which will entail the following:

  • Measuring and preparing custom framing work
  • Cutting and joining frames
  • Computerized mat cutting
  • Cutting glass and backings
  • Mounting and fitting artwork
  • Production framing
  • Warehouse and Despatch
  • Delivery into our galleries

This is an energetic, hands-on position that requires being on your feet in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.

Who We're Looking For:

Ideally an individual who has some picture framing experience is preferred. Previous warehouse / factory experience is a plus.

We offer complete training for those without prior framing experience.

About You:

  • Physically fit for manual tasks
  • Flexible with schedules and tasks
  • Computer literate - Apple Macs
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Prior warehouse/dispatch experience preferred
  • Custom framing experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license

Immediate start with a 3 month trial period
