Retail Assistant – Picture Framing Store (City Location)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our busy picture framing store in the City.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring and assisting with custom picture frames

  • Handling deliveries and moving large frames safely around the shop

  • Serving customers and providing excellent service in-store

  • Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner

About You:

  • Friendly, approachable and customer-focused

  • Comfortable with some light physical work

  • Organised, with good attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone/email

  • Experience in retail, framing, or customer service is a bonus (but not essential – training provided)

Hours:
