About the Role
We are looking for Pest Control Technicians and Termite Inspectors to deliver top-tier residential and commercial pest services in the Gold Coast or Brisbane area.
We will also consider motivated trainees with no industry experience. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to customer service, we will provide full training and licensing.
What We Are Looking For
- You are proactive and can think on your feet while knowing when to follow a process
- You take pride in doing things right the first time, especially with detailed reporting
- You are comfortable working in roof spaces, subfloors, and outdoors in all weather
- You can talk to customers in a friendly, clear way without jargon or attitude
- You believe in building others up, not tearing them down (no gossip, no drama)
What You Will Be Doing
- Learning how to carry out pest and termite treatments to the GC standard
- Working across residential and commercial sites where no two days are the same
- Following safety procedures and using professional-grade equipment
- Writing clear, accurate reports that help customers make decisions
- Building great relationships with customers and teammates
Requirements
For Qualified Technicians
- Pest Management License (essential)
- Termite Management License (preferred but training available)
- Valid Driver's License
For Trainees
- Manual Driver's License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, follow systems, and complete licensing
