We're growing fast and need a Science Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is your chance to work behind the scenes on product testing and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting with product testing, batch checks, and recording results.

· Supporting the R&D and Quality teams with formulations and trials.

· Preparing samples for internal teams

· Helping maintain equipment, stock, and cleanliness.

· Working closely with production to ensure the highest quality standards.

· Collecting information and samples

· Conducting experiments, tests and analyses

· Presenting results and reports

· Controlling the quality and quantity of laboratory supplies by testing samples and monitoring usage

· Checking, calibrating and maintaining test equipment

· Compound, prepare, and mix raw ingredients to produce skincare formulations  according to formulae specifications with a focus on quality and consistency.

· Keep accurate records of ingredients, formulations, batch results and processes for compliance and traceability in-line with industry regulations.

· Collaborate with the Quality Control team to conduct in-process testing and ensure all finished products meet our rigorous safety and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

· A science background (Chemistry, Biology, or similar - degree or vocational qualification).

· Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, ideally in skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical products

· Previous lab or technical experience.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.

· Good organisation skills

· Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and regulatory requirements

· A collaborative, hands-on approach – ready to pitch in wherever needed.
