KSS Horticulture is a Gold Coast-based business specialising in soft landscaping and garden maintenance for high-end commercial properties, resorts, and residential towers. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional service with a focus on quality and consistency.

The Role

We're looking for a Garden Maintenance Technician and skilled Horticulturalist to join our small, dedicated crew. You'll be working outdoors across a variety of commercial sites, helping to maintain and improve landscape areas. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Hours vary depending on the season, so flexibility is essential.

Duties include:

  • Garden maintenance: mowing, hedging, weeding, pruning, and blowing
  • Soft landscaping: planting, mulching, fertilising, pest control
  • Irrigation checks and minor repairs
  • Identifying plant health issues and applying treatments
  • Safe use and care of tools and machinery
  • Working effectively as part of a small, professional team

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in Gardening
  • Certificate III in Horticulture (or currently studying) – desirable
  • Knowledge of plants, weeds, pests, and general horticultural practices
  • Current driver's licence and transport – essential
  • Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised when needed
