Your Role

As our Dispensary Technician Lead, you will:

  • Dispense prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and optimise our medication packing service (DAA), supported by automated technology.
  • Support the delivery of professional services, including pre-screenings, bookings, follow-ups, and data entry.
  • Manage claims, stock control, and ordering to keep the dispensary running at its best.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, GPs, and other health professionals to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas, initiative, and energy to help the dispensary grow and improve.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Dispensary Technician (certification required).
  • Strong experience in dispensary operations, ideally including DAA management.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused mindset.
  • Experience with Z software is desirable but not essential.
  • Adaptable and confident in a busy, evolving environment.
