HSEQ Coordinator - WA - South Perth

We are now offering an opportunity for a HSEQ Coordinator located South of Perth, WA. This is a site based role and our projects vary in location.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of site HSEQ management systems, procedures and programs are implemented to ensure the business meets its legal obligations, client requirements and overall goal for safety, sustainability, environment, quality, risk, and governance excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Management of inductions (online & face to face)
- Site safety & enviro walks, inspections & behavioural observations
- Maintenance of project plans (Quality, Safety, Enviro, Traffic, COVID)
- Review of subcontractor HSE documentation
- Conduct SWMS reviews and risk analysis
- Ongoing maintenance of Project Risk Registers
- Ensure Permit to Work processes are in place
- Report and investigate any incidents
- Providing support & training to team members
- Coordinating on site testing and tagging for key equipment
- Managing GO and Client HSEQ reporting
- Managing and developing relationships with employees and subcontractors

You will have:

- A minimum Cert IV in WHS
- 5+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role working in construction
- Experience working on projects $10M+
- A high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
