About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HSEQ Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) systems to ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry standards. You'll play a key part in promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the company's HSEQ management systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Support the development and delivery of HSEQ training and inductions.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
  • Liaise with site managers, supervisors, and clients to ensure best practice HSEQ performance.
  • Promote a proactive approach to safety and environmental management.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a HSEQ role within construction, mining, or heavy industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in WHS, Quality, or Environmental Management.
  • Sound understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead safety culture across all levels of the business.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel to various sites as required.
