Join our team as a Clinical Nurse delivering advanced mental health nursing care with autonomy, leadership, and a focus on recovery and patient-centred practice.
Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse in mental health recovery, you will provide advanced clinical care and leadership to support patients with complex mental health needs. Working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate and deliver comprehensive person-centred care, promote best practice standards, and contribute to education and research. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering advanced mental health nursing care with expert assessment and care planning
- Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and students
- Managing physical health monitoring and interventions for patients with mental health conditions
- Leading quality improvement, risk management, and adherence to safety standards
About you:
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse who:
- Has advanced knowledge and experience in mental health nursing practice and theory
- Demonstrates strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex care
- Is confident working autonomously and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Exhibits excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
