What you'll do
- Provide leadership, expert advice, strategies and support in relation to service operations in Corporate Enterprise Solutions including incident management, problem management, event management, request fulfilment, access management and IT operations control.
- Design, educate and champion best practice processes in relation to service operations functions for Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions (including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain). to achieve professional standards, defined service levels and improved services.
- Perform proactive problem management to identify trends and implement corrective actions to ensure legislative obligations are met by Queensland Heath.
- Work collaboratively with business representatives, clients and senior stakeholders to co-ordinate and provide high level expert advice regarding service operations for Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions (including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain). payroll portfolio's suite of applications.
- Manage complex and sensitive issues with Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions (including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain) under extreme time pressures, co‑ordinating advice and recommendations for senior executive stakeholders.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- High level of political astuteness and ability to manage contentious and complex issues with sensitivity, diplomacy and discretion.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders including business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of complex enterprise corporate solutions and the ability to use this knowledge to develop audience appropriate communications for stakeholders at the highest levels.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Service Operations and their practical uses in the context of service delivery of complex systems responsible for delivery of a multi-billion-dollar budget.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise critical activities to achieve the best possible outcome.
