What Is The Role
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who can grow the business and add long term value to the business. This role revolves around:
- Identifying and winning strategic new business to achieve revenue targets
- Build an accurate and viable pipeline
- Understanding the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes and forming long term business relationships.
- Working with the Sales Director to execute sales strategies and plans
- Being the primary point of contact for allocated customers to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided.
- Collaborating with counterparts throughout APAC
Who We Are Looking For
An energetic and autonomous self-starter. A people person who enjoys building and maintaining relationships. A great communicator, someone who's passionate about technology and naturally curious to explore the full breadth of its capabilities. Your negotiation and sales skills are top notch. You are customer focused. A great sense of humour is a bonus.
- 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience in a MSP or local IT industry
- Demonstrated success in mid-market sales (50–500 seats)
- Experience managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close Ability to work autonomously
- Process driven with strong focus on pipeline management.
- Demonstrated achievement of sales quota goals on a consistent basis
- Proven experience with generating leads and cultivating networks
- Proven history of selling technology projects that require multi-level approvals in mid-size organizations
Experience in selling any of these;
IaaS, cloud and infrastructure
- IT outsourcing and managed services
- Data and Internet networking
Unified communications, voice, and telephony
Formal sales training or frameworks (e.g. SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler) are desirable but not required
- HubSpot Sales Certification or CRM certifications are desirable but not required
- Basic technical awareness or vendor certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) helpful but not required
