About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team based out of our Hendon headquarters.

This role is focused on driving sales, revenue, and growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You'll be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new customers, and ensuring Kurved remains a trusted and innovative partner in the industry.

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budgets and strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, roofers, and batten customers
  • Identifying and converting new customer opportunities to support business growth
  • Leading weekly sales meetings and reporting on performance outcomes
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Supporting new product development and representing Kurved at industry events
  • Collaborating with the General Manager on marketing, pricing, and business strategy.

About you

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver on sales and margin growth objectives
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-growing business
  • Industry experience (roofing, building, or construction) will be highly regarded
