About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and detail oriented Bookkeeper to join our Accounting team based in our stunning Surfers Paradise office. Working closely with our accountants, you'll play an integral role in supporting our clients' financial success through accurate, timely, and insightful bookkeeping.

You'll manage the day-to-day financial records across multiple clients & entities - so variety is guaranteed. If you're proactive, confident, and thrive in a collaborative environment where accuracy and client service go hand in hand, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile Xero files across multiple entities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process and lodge end to end Payroll
• Prepare and lodge BAS & IAS
• Process financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide regular financial reporting and insights to the clients & accounting team
• Understand and anticipate client needs, offering proactive support and solutions
• Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure smooth, compliant operations

About You

You're a confident, personable professional who takes ownership of your work and enjoys being part of a team that values both precision and people. You think ahead, not just react, helping clients stay one step in front through accuracy, insight, and service excellence.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring

• At least 3 years' bookkeeping experience across multiple clients
• Strong working knowledge of Xero
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple entities confidently
• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset
