About Us:
Innovative Artistry is a fast growing entertainment business located in Surfers Paradise that is the foundation of multiple businesses consisting of: Padlockd Escape Rooms Central, Padlockd Escape Rooms Paradise Centre, Other World HQ, Sabotuers Gold Coast, Mystery Manor and soon more.

We are looking for someone who has initiative and a loyal work ethic to join us for our internal Bookkeeper and Administration Support position.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated bookkeeper and administration support person for our multiple businesses. This role would only be suitable for an experienced person who is able to multi-task to complete all book keeping duties and assisting with all accounts and payroll

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- A demonstrated knowledge of all functions and processes
- Great organizational and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in XERO Accounting software essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products

**Job Type**: The roll is Permanent Part Time with hours varying depending on time of year and work required. Hours will be minimum 6hours a week. The roll can be completed remotely with occasional visits onsite or completed in our offices.

The days and hours are flexible.

Experience in XERO is a requirement.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $39.00 per hour

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
